“Just a few comments on our experience…”
“…at Hope Street Terrace. My mother was admitted January 19, 2015 and has been there since. From admittance forward, we have found everyone from medical staff to kitchen staff and everyone else in between, to be friendly, courteous and informative. Like most human beings, living in a long-term care facility is no picnic, my Mom included. Having said this, I feel my Mom is being well cared for and for the most part, accepts being at Hope Street Terrace. I find the facility is tidy and well maintained. In closing, my grade for Hope Street Terrace would be Very Good.”
